KUHN Rakodópég Korlátolt Szégő Társaság (registered office: 1239 Budapest, Ócsai út 5., registered office: 01-09-889630, tax number: 14116847-2-43, e-mail: mail@kuhn.hu, represented by: Attila Kiss, managing director and Managing Director Gábor Wágner), as Data Controller (hereinafter: Data Controller), manages the personal data of customers and tenants/orderers (hereinafter: Client) in relation to the commercial and service (rental, service) activities of mining and construction machinery and their components, only the contracts in force for the purpose of fulfillment and in order to fulfill the invoicing related to them. The Data Controller manages personal data that is essential for the realization of the purpose of data management and suitable for achieving the purpose. Personal data is processed only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the purpose.

The Data Controller protects the Customer's personal data handled in connection with the performance of the above-mentioned activities in all possible ways.

Legal basis for data management: CXII of 2011. the consent of the data subject according to the Act on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Furthermore, the provisions of Act C of 2000 on accounting regarding the issuance of invoices.

Consent to data management: In connection with the performance of the contract, the customer expressly consents to the processing of the personal data voluntarily provided by him at the start of the legal relationship.

Scope of stakeholders: Client, a natural person in a contractual relationship with the data controller, and the contact person/administrator of the natural person of the legal person Client

Scope of processed data: name, address, email address, phone number

Purpose of data collection: fulfillment of certain contracts and related invoicing

Person of possible data controllers entitled to access the data: Legal representatives of the Data Controller, as well as agents in a contractual relationship with the Data Controller to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of data management

Duration of data management: The data manager processes personal data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, or until consent is withdrawn.

Regarding the contract and invoices, the duration of data management is 8 years after the termination of the contract - based on the legal provisions on the preservation of accounting documents - on the condition that the Data Controller does not use the data for any other purpose during this period.

The customer can make a request to the Data Controller

- information about the management of your personal data,

- access to your personal data,

- limiting the processing of your personal data,

- correcting your personal data,

- deletion of your personal data,

- you can object to the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to data portability.

Automated decision-making, profiling: The Data Controller does not make decisions about the Customer based solely on automated data management, nor does it create a profile of the Customer based on the available personal data.

The Customer's rights in connection with data management:

The Customer can request information about the management of his personal data, and can request the correction and addition of his personal data. At the Customer's request, or if certain conditions exist, the Data Controller deletes the Customer's personal data or restricts their processing.

In specific cases, the Customer may exercise his right to data portability and object to the processing of his personal data for legitimate interests.

The Customer is entitled to withdraw his consent to data management.

The Data Controller shall provide the information in writing in an understandable form as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days from the date of its submission. If it considers the Customer's request to be legitimate, it will immediately take measures to correct or delete its personal data.

The Customer can assert his rights in the following ways:

By means of a mail sent to the Data Controller's headquarters or an e-mail message sent to the Data Controller's electronic mailing address, as well as via the Data Controller's telephone contact.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the Data Controller's answer, he can assert his right to the protection of his personal data before a civil court, and also to the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority
